Israeli politics: who's left on the Left?
As Israel moves further to the right of the political spectrum, is there anyone left on the left? Labour Party chairman Ehud Barak has quit, dividing the party. For some, it's the final nail in the coffin of the Israeli left, which rose to prominence in the 90s and was known as the peace camp. Others hope Barak's move will be a chance for the left to recover its real identity - which some say it lost following "unnatural" alliances with right wing parties.

Israeli Left.
More of a thought than than an in-depth.The Debate with Laura Baines on the leaked papers showing the betrayal of Palestinian hopes for a land of their own, by the US and others, was a really professional show (although Baines showed a lot more knowledge and common sense than the participants).
