Gay marriage: will the politicians ban the ban?

France is not ready to allow gay marriage - at least, not for now. On Friday January 28th, the Constitutional Court declined to find the ban on same-sex marriage unconstitutional and instead suggested that the responsibility to change the law lies with the legislator.
