French foreign minister faces conflict of interest row
The row over a possible conflict of interest for French Foreign Minister Michèle Alliot-Marie rages on. The Socialist opposition party is calling for her resignation, after it emerged that she used a private plane on holiday in Tunisia at Christmas. The aircraft belonged to a businessman allegedly close to the ousted Tunisian leader Ben Ali.
