Ivory Coast stand-off: cutting off Gbagbo's cash supply

Is Laurent Gbagbo now about to become a bank robber as well? Ivory Coast's strongman is facing a growing cash crunch three months after a presidential election that most of the world agrees he lost. The man most regarded as the winner of the election, Alassane Ouattara, has called for a one-month ban on cocoa and coffee exports, which he hopes to extend. So how long can Gbagbo hold out?
