There is a growing sense of fear in Europe as chaos spreads across Libya. Italy has sounded the alarm, warning of a tide of refugees washing up on European shores. Is it just a lot of fear-mongering? Is Europe ready to cope with a massive influx of migrants? We put these questions to two MEPs, from Italy and the UK.
