The fear of disaster as part of Japanese reality
Augustin Trapenard is talking Japanese literature with two books that shed light on the recent disaster. "A Spirit of the Sun", a manga series by Kaiji Kawaguchi. And, "After the Quake" by the famous Japanese author Haruki Murakami. Both are great illustrations of how disaster is constantly used in Japanese culture, even as metaphor.
