France 24’s Health programme looks at recent developments in stem cell research that have raised hopes of a treatment for a rare muscle-wasting condition known as Steinert's disease.

Steinert’s disease is a rare muscle-wasting condition, which affects patients’ ability to walk, talk and can even prove deadly if it threatens the heart.

After years of research on stem cells, a team of French geneticists led by Dr. Marc Peschanski say they’ve made a breakthrough that could one day lead to a treatment.

Hello Doctor,

Good day.
I am RK.Maheshwary (Age;62 years.) residing in Ahmedabad,
Western part of India. Sir, I am suffering from incurable disease,
Namely MOTORE NERON DISEASE. (It is Neurology problem)
