What now for Laurent Gbagbo?
Nearly six months after the elections, Ivory Coast's presidential dispute seems to be over. Laurent Gbagbo, the outgoing head of state, had declared himself the victor of last November's vote. But he was arrested on Monday, paving the way for his rival, the internationally backed Alassane Ouattara, to take office.

If Gbagbo is jugde for war crime, who then will Alassane for the killings in the North and Western part of Ivory Coast
Peace and reconciliation
All is well that ends well.Gbagbo stands accused for thousands deaths and so is Allasane Ouattara - so let them forget and forgive and start a new chapter in the spirit of Peace and reconciliation.The politics of aprisal and vindictiveness should stop in order to avert a civil war.
