Workplace stress: “We need to trust one another more”

FRENCH PAPERS, Mon., 18/4/2011: Business paper La Tribune leads on workplace stress on the eve of a report on the same to be made public by the French Labour Minister. Philosopher Michela Marzano blames the increasing individualization of society for a lot of workplace stress, saying we need to trust one another, accept our weaknesses and stop viewing human beings as simple resources.
