France and Italy feud over Tunisian migrants

FRENCH PAPERS, Tues., 19/4/2011: Le Parisien leads on France and Italy’s “headache” over Tunisian migrants, 20,000 of whom have been granted visas by Rome since January. Many want to gain access to France, but on Sunday French authorities blocked trains from Italy for several hours. The EU has weighed in, saying France is authorised to do so. Also, how do you detect liars?
