Greece: to restructure or not to restructure?

Athens has just been through a weekend of speculation. German weekly Der Spiegel affirmed last week that Greece could leave the eurozone altogether. Although the Greek government strongly denied it, the euro has already suffered from this rumour. Romain Rancière tells France 24 why this speculation frightens the EU.
