Should DSK be treated like a common criminal?

FRENCH PAPERS, Tues., 17/5/2011: The French papers focus on the humiliation of Dominique Strauss-Kahn. Libération and Le Monde look at the differences between the French and US legal systems and criticise his being paraded handcuffed in full view of the media. The so-called "perp walk" is illegal in France prior to conviction.
