Another volcanic ash cloud crisis on the horizon

Another volcano is erupting in Iceland, and another cloud of ash is expected to blanket parts of Western Europe. It's just over a year since the Eyjafjallajökull eruption forced tens of thousands of flights to be cancelled. But airlines say they are better prepared this time and hope that the Grimsvotn eruption won't cause the travel chaos witnessed in 2010.
