FRENCH PAPERS, Tues., 31/5/2011: Germany’s decision to ditch nuclear power by 2022 has caused “shockwaves” in France, according to this morning’s papers. Should France follow suit? The ruling-UMP party doesn’t think so but many others agree with Germany’s move.
