"Legalise cannabis and ecstasy now"

Croatian paper Vercenji List claims Ratko Mladic had been in talks with Serbian authoritiesv  for years - and has finally agreed to give himself up.

"Hard drugs like ecstasy and

"Hard drugs like ecstasy and cannabis"? I don't think I've ever heard of cannabis described as a hard drug before, and ecstasy is only seen as "hard" because in many countries it is in the same legal classification as other hard (and far more dangerous) drugs like heroin and cocaine. If not made legal then certainly it should be placed in a more suitable category that all medical and scientific evidence suggests it should be in.
