"Chirac, the laughing cow"
FRENCH PAPERS, Mon. 13/06/11, Former conservative French President Jacques Chirac is making headlines after he suggested over the weekend that he would vote for Socialist candidate François Hollande in next year’s presidential election. The 78-year-old has said he was just kidding, but according to Libération, the damage is done.
