Who elected the credit agencies?

Le Figaro is worried about the Greek crisis spreading - while left-wing politicians writing in Liberation say the austerity measures have gone too far - and Greeks can't suffer any further.
La Croix is focusing on the Maghreb - asking whether France has changed direction and is now promoting democracy in the region.
Le Parisien focuses on Libya - they've calculated the four month conflict there has already cost France 87 million euros.
And the French presidential election is still making headlines - Liberation focuses on the race to be the Europe Ecologie (Green) candidate, while le Figaro looks at the threats to Sarkozy from the right.
