yes it´s true and I blame the moroccan authorities for that. They can´t even touch tourists even with a rose. I witmessed many times while being in marrakech some suspicious deals in cafés knowing that I am there only for 2 or 3 days. So, how can´t secret police notice that? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
