FRENCH PAPERS, Fri. 01/07/11, According to the New York Times the sexual assault case against former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn is on the verge of collapse. The papers say investigators have uncovered major holes in the credibility of the housekeeper. Meanwhile, French papers investigate just who is in charge of protecting Nicolas Sarkozy, after he was assaulted while meeting voters in southwestern France.
