Credability of Khan

I am concerned about the credability of Khan, How can we be sure that this case has merits without seeing it through. If the accuser is truthful this man needs to go to jail and if the accuser is bringing forth false testimony she too needs to spend time behind bars. But Money has power, can just ice be found here?
