Murdoch paper hacked into murdered teenager's phone

In Tuesday's international press round-up: Venezuela reacts to Hugo Chavez's return to the country, the British press reels at revelations the News of the World hacked a murdered teenager's mobile phone, Fox News falls victim to hackers on Twitter, and Iceland could restrict cigarette sales - to prescription only.

Venezuelan newspapers Tal Cual and El Universal disagree on whether Hugo Chavez should put the country before his cancer - or if it's time for him to step down.

In Britain, the Guardian reveals Rupert Murdoch-owned tabloid the News of the World hacked a murdered teenager's mobile phone - destroying vital evidence and giving her parents false hope.

The Daily Beast looks at how hackers managed to break into Fox News' Twitter account - and tell followers President Obama was dead.

And the Guardian says Iceland is planning what could well be the world's harshest anti-smoking policy.
