Heads roll at Scotland Yard as phone-hacking scandal deepens
The phone-hacking scandal in the UK has claimed two of its biggest scalps yet - those of the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of London's Metropolitan Police Force. Sir Paul Stephenson and John Yates say their positions had become untenable after yet more allegations emerged of illegal activity at the now-defunct newspaper the News of the World, although both of them deny any wrongdoing.
