Should France stay colour-blind? (part two)

In a bid to fight discrimination, fact-finding lawmakers return from Washington calling on the French to measure their growing ethnic diversity, but the constitution says that's racial profiling and advocacy group SOS Racisme calls on France to remain colour-blind.
