The worst drought in 60 years ravages the Horn of Africa - UN relief planes are finally bringing in much-needed food to the region. Hundreds of thousands of refugees in Ivory Coast still fear violence following last year's disputed presidential election. This week Amnesty International brought out a report denouncing the "climate of fear" among those too afraid to return home.
