Rio-Paris crash 'could have been avoided', investigators say
A report has been published by France's aviation investigation agency, the Bureau d'Enquêtes et d'Analyses (BEA), with their findings over what caused Air France flight AF447 to crash into the Atlantic in June 2009. They believe the pilots didn't follow the correct procedure when the problems began, although the airline has defended its crew and placed the blame on the Airbus-made plane.
