Libya conflict: Nearing the end game? (part2)

The fortunes of war seem to have gone the way of the Libyan rebels once again. They say they have captured the crucial town of Zawiyah, just 30 miles west of Tripoli and are confident that Gadaffi will be defeated within a fortnight. So, are we really near the end game in Libya? And just what would the country look like post Gadaffi?
