How US firms turned CIA torture flights into profits

In Thursday's pick of the international papers, the full details of where the CIA flew suspects for extraordinary rendition and who was on those planes, along with a rare report inside Syria, and a raging feud between Fox News and gossip website Gawker.

The Guardian has got its hands on detailed flight logs for the CIA's extraordinary rendition flights - which terrorist suspects they flew, where they were held and who made money from them.

The New York Times' Anthony Shadid reports from within the Syrian protest movement - on how they're mangign to resist the government crackdown.

And US gossip website Gawker continues its feud with Fox News - by revealing their most popular presenter Bill O'Reilly tried to use his influence to launch a police inquiry into his wife's lover.
