Thursday's French papers focus on the international conference on Libya being held in Paris today - and the NTC's attempts to fund Libya's reconstruction. The allegation that Sarkozy took envelopes of cash from Liliane Bettencourt also makes front pages - along with rumours Sstrauss-Kahn is one his way back to France.
