Israeli settlements and the peace process

It is a tit-for-tat policy, which is causing further confrontation, hurt and anger across the West Bank. As the UN Security Council meets to examine the Palestinians' statehood bid, we look at the situation on the ground. Our report is from Migron, an Israeli outpost, where several homes have recently been removed by the government, after leftist Israeli NGO Peace Now won the case for their removal.

Mr. Fenwick,

I would like to suggest to you 2 articles on the subject written from the point of legallity. Many time reporters use "legal" terminology without reading International Law.

I think you should read 2 articlea on the subject just to get a documented legal aspect. In many cases reporters rely on what they hear without reading international law which gets distorted.
