Tutu: 'This government is worse than under apartheid'
In Wednesday's international papers - troops open fire on protesters in Saudi Arabia, the Afghan war reaches its 10th anniversary, and fury in South Africa as the Dalai Lama is denied a visa.

The Independent has exclusively spoken to demonstrators in Saudi Arabia - who say protests are spreading, and troops have used live fire on them.
The Guardian looks at the 10th anniversary of the war in Afghanistan - saying civilian casualties may be higher than we thought.
And in South Africa, Desmond Tutu and the Mail and Guardian newspaper are furious the Dalai Lama has been denied a visa, calling the government "China's lapdog".
