Hollande and Aubry: now it's serious

The Socialist primary vote still dominates the front pages - but the papers are pretty disappointed that last night's debate wasn't more heated. We also look at the 50th anniversary of a massacre of Algerian protesters in Paris - which the government doesn't want to acknowledge.

Liberation is a bit disappointed with last night's Socialist primary debate - even they think it was a bit dull.

Le Figaro isn't impressed with François Hollande and Martine Aubry either - they're keener on a new policy from interior minister Claude Gueant, to force immigrants applying for French nationality to learn French.

And website Rue 89 looks at the 50th anniversary of the killing of 300 Algerians by police in Paris - which the government doesn't want to commemorate.
