Adolf Hitler’s "Mein Kampf" is still a bestseller in countries such as Turkey, Japan and Indonesia. Here in France, the rights to the book will fall into the public domain (become copyright free) in 2016. Philippe Coen explains to Annette Young why he is launching a campaign to regulate the publication of "Mein Kampf", particularly on the internet.
