Tunisia: a shining beacon for the Arab world
Monday's French papers are full of congratulations for Tunisia after the high turnout in Sunday's vote - they've got far less kind words for President Sarkozy though, after this weekend's euro crisis summit failed to generate an announcement.

Le Figaro calls the Tunisian election a shining beacon of hope for the Arab world, celebrating that high turnout - but Liberation says that for many Tunisians it may be a bit soon to celebrate.
Liberation is also highly critical of President Sarkozy's management of the euro crisis - they've got a poll saying three quarters of voters say he's ineffective - while le Figaro sees the bright side - crisis apparently is good for your libido.
