Adama Dieng, UN Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide

FRANCE 24 hosts Adama Dieng. He argues that, despite international failures over Syria, the UN’s doctrine of “responsibility to protect” has had a positive impact in other conflicts such as Mali. He also addresses accusations that the International Criminal Court unfairly targets Africans, and says he hopes that more cases will be tried by national authorities rather than by the ICC.

In Beirut, France 24’s François Picard meets the French Ambassador to Lebanon, Patrice Paoli. Karen Mirzoyan, Nagorno-Karabakh's Foreign Policy Chief

The unresolved dispute between Azerbaijan and ethnic Armenian secessionists living in the landlocked enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh is often called a "frozen conflict". But as tensions run high in the region, some fear it could be the perfect tinderbox for a broader regional war. Douglas Herbert asks Nagorno-Karabakh's Foreign Policy Chief whether he fears more fighting to come.

Vladimir Kara-Murza, Member of the Coordinating Council of the Russian Opposition

Russian opposition activist Vladimir Kara-Murza says that gains in recent mayoral elections bode well for bigger tests in Moscow later this year and in 2014. But Armen Georgian puts it to him that, with President Putin’s approval ratings still comfortably above 60%, the opposition is failing to break through the wall.

Sam Rainsy, Cambodian opposition leader

Last week, Thailand denied entry to Sam Rainsy, Cambodia’s opposition leader. With elections in Cambodia set for July, Bangkok seems to be walking on eggshells and unwilling to upset its neighbouring country’s head of state. Caliphate is the only solution and nothing else

For a period of thousand years and sanctuary of the border of Caliphate was violated after first invasion of holy Iraq in 1914. And fact is today’s crisis started since then. Compare economy of new Saudi or Kuwait or UAE which never existed in the history of mankind and Yemen or Sudan and Somalia.
Let us define terrorism. Was not act of lying and deceiving of Clive of Bengal terrorism?
Was not act of lying and deceiving of T. E Lawrence terrorism?
First one was behind destruction of Muslim rule in present Bangladesh, India and Pakistan?
Second one was behind the destruction of 1300 years old Caliphate with first invasion of holy Iraq in 1914.
This cycle of destruction and killing will continue till Caliphate is reestablished. All of us will test death though none of us knows what each of us will face the moment process of death starts and up to Day of Judgment.
Regarding Mosque and Caliphate, Muslim prayer is not valid as per following greatest Islamic scholar during his time till today:
Address by the Right Hon. Syed Ameer Ali on Islam in the League of Nations in 1919
ISLAM IN THE LEAGUE OF NATIONS.
ADDRESS BY THE RIGHT HON. SYED AMEER ALI
ON ISLAM IN THE LEAGUE OF NATIONS.
Transactions of the Grotius Society, Vol 5, Problem of Peace and War, Paper before the Society in the Year 1919. (1919). Pp 126-144

The Caliph is the spiritual leader; unless there
is a Caliph the prayers are not valid. The spiritual leadership (the
Imamate) is of two kinds or degrees; there is the chief Imam and
the minor Imam. The man who reads the prayers is the minor
Imam; the Caliph who gives validity to the prayers is the chief
Imam. The Caliph, whether in Bagdad or Constantinople, is the
man who imparts validity. The fact of his existence gives validity
to the prayers of the congregation. In order to create a spiritual
nexus between the Imam and the congregation, the existence of a
Caliph is essential. The chief Imam must be spiritually and temporally
independent.
