This week, we meet people who are a living testament that being disabled doesn't have to stop you leading a full and active life.

Becoming a new mother is daunting enough, but it's even harder for women who have some form of handicap. We talk to some expectant mothers who are finding ways to overcome their physical impairment in order to take care of their babies.

We also meet people who have lost, or were born without limbs, who are benefiting from advances in the field of prosthetics.

Finally, we discover Bengkala, an Indonesian village, which has been called "Utopia for the deaf".  Everything is done in such a way as to accommodate the hard of hearing, to the point where all the locals can speak sign language.
