François Hollande in the crosshairs

The Greens and Socialists have formally reached an agreement on a common platform, but they sidestepped the most contentious issues and will in all likelihood not govern together. Meanwhile, Socialist presidential candidate François Hollande is a natural target for the ruling conservatives, but also for some on the left who see him as too centrist.
