An electoral setback for Vladimir Putin
There are accusations of ballot box stuffing, intimidation and widespread electoral fraud during Russia's parliamentary elections, and yet the results are still a setback for Vladimir Putin's United Russia party. They show growing disenchantment with Putin and President Dmitry Medvedev, but Putin is still likely to be elected president once again in March's elections.
