Merkozy saves the day?
INTERNATIONAL PAPERS, Fri. 09/12/11. The "last chance" summit in Brussels is the hot topic in a lot of the international press. Many papers welcome the agreement reached, although they regret the "two-speed Europe" that has emerged. Meanwhile, Nobel Peace Prize winner Shirin Ebadi pens a piece in the Wall Street Journal. She blows the whistle on European satellite companies she says are continuing to provide services to Tehran, despite the government's censorship.
