PJ Crowley, former US Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs

PJ Crowley, the former US Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs, talks openly about his decision in March to resign from his post. This followed comments made about the detention of Bradley Manning, the US soldier charged in connection with the Wikileaks affair. Manning's pre-trial hearing begins this Friday at Fort Meade in Maryland.

PJ Crowley, who is one of the most respected voices on US foreign policy, gives us his opinion on Iraq and Syria, as well as the foreign policy credentials of the Republican presidential candidates.
