45 days around the world to win the Jules Verne trophy
45 days, 13 hours and 42 minutes: that’s the new record for sailing around the world using only the wind, set by Loïc Peyron and his crew on the Banque Populaire maxi trimaran. They were given a hero’s welcome in Brittany after winning the prestigious Jules Verne trophy. Also, we head to New Caledonia, and find out why it’s a kite surfer’s paradise.
