Next Tuesday, Pink Floyd’s cult album « The Wall » will be re-released. And the fans will hear it in a way they never have done before ! The Wall will be re-released not only in a deluxe 3 CD edition that includes the double album remastered by the original sound engineer, but also a CD of demos entitled “Work in Progress”. But, there is also a Special deluxe limited edition. And you can call it Fireworks.

Last week, in Manchester, in the centre of the UK, a real treasure was discovered. In the basement of an old bank, workers came across safes dating from 1935. Not only did they contain 1.1 M pounds sterling, but original Master Tape Recordings of Joy Division and New Order. The 2 bands were emblems of the Cold Wave movement.

And finally, another English band, The Tindersticks, have just released what could be their last album. It’s called : The Something Rain.

A glittering cast is assembled for the 65th Cannes Film Festival, which gets underway in the south of France today. Among those expected on the red carpet are Bruce Willis, Bill Murray, Marion Cotillard, Nicole Kidman, Robert Pattinson, Brad Pitt, Reece Witherspoon and Kristen Stewart. A total of 22 films will compete for the coveted top prize, the Palme D’Or, including "You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet" by France's Alain Resnais.
