'Don't worry - North Korea's nuclear programme will soon be back'

In today's round-up of the international press: can we read much into North Korea's announcement it will halt its nuclear drive? Also, what's at stake in Iran's election, and the fall of James Murdoch.

Foreign Policy magazine says that while the new North Korean nuclear agreement is a significant step forward, it's not necessarily down to the change of leader, and we shouldn't read too much into it.

The Atlantic is even more cynical - saying the nuclear programme will soon be back.

Foreign Policy's also looking at tomorrow's Iranian election which is turning into a duel between Ahmadinejad and Ayatollah Khamenei - while The Times says the opposition Green movement has almost died out.

The British papers focus on James Murdoch falling on his sword - The Independent says his problems could well follow him to the US.
