Socialist François Hollande visits London, while Nicolas Sarkozy heads to Brussels for yet another "crucial" EU summit. This gives us the perfect opportunity to assess Nicolas Sarkozy's foreign policy during a five-year term marked by military interventions in Libya and Ivory Coast, the Arab spring and the eurozone debt crisis.
