Diplomacy: The Sarkozy Revolution

This week, the two main contenders for the presidential election are taking a short break from their non-stop crisscrossing of France. Socialist François Hollande visits London, while Nicolas Sarkozy heads to Brussels for yet another "crucial" EU summit. This gives us the perfect opportunity to assess Nicolas Sarkozy's foreign policy during a five-year term marked by military interventions in Libya and Ivory Coast, the Arab spring and the eurozone debt crisis.
