Emmanuel Renaut is the only French chef to have been awarded three Michelin stars this year. The prestigious restaurant guide gave the honour to his Flocons de Sel restaurant in the Alps. It takes the total number of eateries with the coveted rating to 26 in France, with ten of them here in Paris.

Simple Minds

This was grrreat to see this interview, but a bit of a pity to see some extracts of video clips from the eighties... Some "live" extracts from recent gigs would have been a real plus, and not the video memories of the past (having not a lot in common with the gigs as they were at the time...).
