A "Stop Joseph Kony" campaign has been launched on the internet. The American NGO Invisible Children wants to put pressure on US politicians to put an end to the bloodshed in northern Uganda. Kony, the leader of the Lord's Resistance Army rebels, is suspected of turning thousands of boys into fighters and girls into sex slaves across central Africa.

A dramatic suicide in Paris's Notre Dame Cathedral puts the spotlight back on gay marriage in France. Dominique Venner - a far-right essayist - posted a final message on his blog earlier today emphasising his opposition to gay marriage, "a despicable law". Also, some amateur videos of the Oklahoma tornado, Russian suspicions of vote-rigging at Eurovision and a 19-year-old student who staged his own kidnapping because of bad grades.

Kony does not manufacture weapons, the kids do not make the guns. Perhaps, The quickest way to stop the whole episdode is to stop the arms manufacturers providing the latest NATO weaponary and AK rifles to the Lord's Resistance Army. Period.

I've only heard rumors about him but i can't find anything on the internet about the bad stuff he done... ho come they haven't got him yet and its weird how osama bin laden and him didn't team up coz they all evil. why he not caught yet??
