Nobody had ever heard of Marcel Storr before this exhibition. Outsider artist embodied a pure and rough artistic movement: it is all about impulse. Storr, who lived and died in poverty, drew many churches and also some futuristic cities surrounded by incredible skylines. This is Fritz Lang's 'Metropolis', Ridley Scott's 'Blade Runner' and Terry Gilliam's 'Brazil', all in one.

This week our fashion reporter,Jessica Michault, critiques the exhibit "An Ideal History of Contemporary Fashion" at the The Musée of the Arts Décoratifs here in Paris. Part of the exhibition, curated by Olivier Saillard, that archives fashion brands from the 90's to the first decade of the new millenium. Then we head to Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso to take a look at Africa's cutting edge Center for Choreographic Development, created by Seydou Boro and Salia Sanou.

Paris hosted the international seminar ParisFX to celebrate French animation and special effects talent and our film critic, Lisa Nesselson, was there. Terry Gilliam came over from London to present a sneak preview of a film he's producing in partnership with French animators, called "1884: Yesterday's Future."
