Baghdad is spruced up to host Arab League summit

Much of Baghdad is shut off amid a massive security operation to protect leaders attending the Arab League Summit on March 29th. Baghdadis have been given a week off and are being encouraged to stay at home as Iraq works flat out to ensure the landmark meeting is a success.
