Israelis prepare for possibility of Iran conflict

So is Israel preparing to start another war? Or just posturing? Everyone knows that Israel has its own nuclear capability, but despite trawling through all the western websites, I have yet too see one western government applying the same rules and sanctions thatb are being applied to Iran. Why is this? Do we always have to apologise to a country which flouts International law and United Nations resolutions. Is the UN just an extension of US failed foreign policy? or is there something more sinister? Time we applied sanctions to all rogue states that possess and threaten their neighbours with their military capability as well as nuclear weapons. When is the world going to realise that the Middle East does not exist for US interests with the conivance of Israel.
