'Does the left scare the financial markets?'

FRENCH PAPERS, Fri. 21/04/12: Nicolas Sarkozy says he’s ready for round two. In an exclusive interview with right-leaning newspaper Le Figaro, the French president says that if his rival François Hollande wins, it will be catastrophic for the French economy. But left-leaning newspaper Libération says the financial markets aren’t scared by the left and have in fact anticipated a Socialist win in both the presidential and parliamentary elections.
